TaBrowser

Free Japanese browser by Catfish on the Internet Explorer component, designed for “sneaky browsing”: tabs at the bottom of the window, pinned tabs loaded in the background, “tab collections” that open a group of sites at once, and a stealth mode that hides the window as soon as the mouse leaves it or after inactivity.
