NilBrowser

Free Japanese tabbed browser by PicoBrain on the Internet Explorer component, with three panes and no registry use: grouped tabs, MDI, “super drag and drop” that runs a different search depending on the direction, plugins and scripts; also available as the lightweight Type-R version. Its author later released SimpleBrowser, which displays pages with IE6 rendering.
